雨彤的老公在亦庄别墅B区32号居住时屡次见鬼心理状况濒临崩溃。雨彤为配合医生帮助其老公治疗，与助手Michael回到国内住进别墅，准备用摄像机全程记录屋内发生的灵异事件。可就在当晚他们就看到"不要进入"的忠告，之后事情的发展远比预料的可怕，神秘的录像带、充满怨气的鬼魂、诡异怪邪的画面等不可思议的恐怖事件一次次发生，雨彤也因惊吓过度导致精神开始失常，到底这一切与徘徊在别墅内的虚无鬼魂有什么千丝万...。Edna's father wants her to marry wealthy Count He-Ha.
