A young doctor grates at what he feels is the parson's interference in the scientific treatment of patients, and a mine owner resents Grey's protection of an old sharecropper whose small plot of land st...。本作は賀十つばさの同名小説を原作にしたスイーツ・ヒューマンドラマだ。パティシエとしての修業を積み、大阪で洋菓子店を開いた白井葵（しらいあおい）は経営がうまくいかず、店を閉じることに。そこにくせの強い料理研究家・佐渡谷真奈美（さどやまなみ）が現れ、白井の店の厨房でたった1人のためのお菓子教室を開く。その教室にやってくる生徒は、それぞれが心に痛みを抱えている人たちだった。そして菓子を作り、味わう時間が、孤独な心を優しく包み込んでいく。。
